At WhatsAuto, we strive to provide reliable and efficient services. Please review our refund policy carefully as it outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. No Refunds Policy

All payments made for WhatsAuto services are final and non-refundable. By purchasing and using our services, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be provided for any reason, except under the specific conditions outlined below.

2. Refunds for Technical Errors

Refunds will only be considered if there is a verifiable error or technical issue with our software that prevents the service from functioning as intended. This includes cases where the platform fails to deliver its core features or is otherwise unusable due to a technical fault on our end.

3. Verification of Technical Issues

If you believe a technical problem has occurred, you must report the issue to our support team at support@whatsauto.ai. Please include your associated email address and any other relevant information that would help us resolve the issue. Our development team will investigate the problem. If the issue is verified as a legitimate technical fault with WhatsAuto, we will process a refund for the affected service period.

4. Conditions for Refund

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

• The technical problem must be directly related to WhatsAuto’s software and not caused by external factors such as user error, incompatible hardware, or third-party services.

• You must provide proof of the issue, including detailed descriptions, screenshots, and any other relevant information that can help our team investigate.

• The issue must be verified by our development team as a software error that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.

5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Dissatisfaction with the service that is not related to a verifiable technical fault.

• User mistakes or misuse of the platform.

• Issues caused by third-party services, hardware, or internet connectivity.

• Failure to use the platform within its intended scope.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@whatsauto.ai. Be sure to include your associated email address and any other details about the issue. Our team will respond within 7 business days. If your request meets the conditions outlined in this policy, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
